Rats and mice are not only unhygienic and carry disease but can also cause great damage to a property. They are attracted to business where a constant source of food is always available. Its really important to ensure that all food is stored away correctly at the end of the day, bins are emptied and any food scraps are cleaned up from floors, under kitchen benches and drains.
Our rodent service includes a complete inspection of the premises to locate any evidence of rodent activity. Once our Inspector has completed their inspection, they will recommend a Rodent Management Plan for the premises to ensure there are sufficient rodent stations and bait to take care of any rodents entering the property. They will also assess the level of rodent pressure likely around the property and recommend what areas can possibly be physically proofed to stop rodent entry.
Additional Information
Depending on how many stations the facility has, the time will vary to inspect and rebait the stations. Clear access to inspect the stations is required so any vegetation will be required to be cut back.
Rodent management stations are best secured externally around the perimeter of buildings to manage rodents from outside before they have a chance of entering the building.
