General Pest Services

Every property is different and the time taken to do the service will be dependent on the size of the building and property to be treated and access available.

We will require access to park our vehicle in the driveway of the property or designated parking area of the complex to complete our service. We will also require clear access to all areas to be treated externally.

If the property is a single managed dwelling, we will require internal and external  access to be available to all areas of the home to complete the treatment.

During the service, all internal and external areas as defined on the work order from the Strata Manager or Property Manager , will be treated.

We will require clear access to all the areas specified to be treated. 

Internally, we require access to all internal floor skirting board areas to be able to apply a light pesticide spray along these areas to provide a treated zone for any ground crawling pests to cross over, groom themselves and die. 

For multiple dwelling complexes, a Pesticide Application Notice issued by our company, will be supplied through the property management company for distribution to the residents in advance. We will require clear access to park our vehicles on-site to complete the service and access available to all common areas to be treated. We ask that residents cars be parked in their garages where possible. 

Please secure pets inside or in the garage, as advised by our staff on booking. In the case of external fish ponds and bird aviaries, we request you cover these with a tarpaulin prior to our visit. Pet droppings externally must be picked up and disposed of please as our spray hose will be moving along the ground in your yard.

Please remove any washing from external clotheslines and bring inside any external items that you do not wish to have sprayed.

Please close all external windows and doors.

Please store away all food items in the refrigerator or cupboards in the kitchen if we are requested to treat inside the dwelling/s.

In the event of wet weather on the day, depending on the scope of work to be completed, we may be able to carry out some of the treatment where rain will not affect it. If this is not suitable, the service will need to be rescheduled to a later date and we will advise the property management company and residents involved.

This service treats webbing spiders, general cockroaches (German cockroaches are a separate treatment to harbourage areas) silverfish and any wasp nests present on the day. Whilst the pesticide is wet it will kill general ants wandering around the grounds if they come into contact with the pesticide. Please note: nesting ants are a separate service where we use different products.

On completion of the work, the invoice and treatment reports will be emailed to the nominated property manager and accounts departments for payment. Payment terms are agreed on prior to the service. Usually a 30 day account is suitable.

The applicable warranty will be decided by our inspector depending on access to all the areas to be treated. Usually this is 6 months but where limitations are encountered, the warranty may differ.
