When purchasing a home, it’s extremely important to do your “due diligence” and have the building inspected for any pest or building issues
If there are any underlying issues, you need to know what these are and what the potential costs are for rectification before you enter into an agreement to buy.
We are accredited Timber Pest Inspectors and all our pre-purchase inspections are completed in line with Australian Standard AS4349. We can also arrange a building inspection by a licensed building inspector to take place at the same time. Once the inspection is complete and payment is received, we provide you with a comprehensive report on the property outlining our findings and recommendations to keep the property protected and well maintained.
